I need to do general modification to the web client for ex. I need to fold / expand the sidebar ( oe_leftbar ) like version 6.1 and i need to have a full dropdown menus in the topbar also like 6.1 when sidebar is folded .

I think that the template under addons/web/static/src/base.xml should be responsible for this but i don't know which template engine is this - it's not Mako after i did read some mako docs and there's such xml templates like base.xml .

can anyone help in this ?
