How can I invoice a task (on timesheets)

i know there are several posts to invoicing a task, but I didnt get it yet. I installed OpenERP 7.0 on my Synology 713+ and I wanna use the feature invoice a task. I have installed the module "Invoice on Timesheets", but I don't know how to invoice now. I read in the documentation how to invoice a task but the points in the navigation there are listenend I don't have. I also tried to install bss_project_timesheet_fix, but there I get the error:
