I want to filter my partners with a few criteria. Here's an exemple :
- Find all contacts that are Sales managers(only one contact per company),
- If there is no sales managers in a company, show the marketing manager
- And if there neither sales or marketing manager, put any contact
The first can be achieved by using the "Advanced search" in any search view. You will find it at the bottom of the search pop-up. This allows you to filter/search on any field in the object, using any sort of comparison.
There basically is not "IF/ELSE" construction in the search view as far as I am aware of, so I'm not sure the second point is even possible.
