how can create a record rule for logged calls?

hi everu one,

how can create a record rule for logged calls? for example: I want to define a rule that: any sale manager can see just logged calls of sales team's member that he is Team leader for them.and cant't see other user's logged calls of the other's sales team.

You have to first enable "technical features' for administartor or different user and then from this user you can create "REcord rule' record for 'Phonecall'. You need to manager_id field to user(I'm not suer maybe there is already field relating user to it manager you can use) and add "Rule definition' field as example "[('user_id','=','[user.manager_id]')
