While I've been trying OERP I've noticed it won't allow me to delete a sales order before I cancel it. However, to cancel it I must first delete the delivery order attached to it. How do I do this? Since creating the sales I have unchecked the "delivery order flag in the settings"
You have to delete the delivery order before you can cancel the sales order.
Go to Warehouse -> Delivery orders and look at the source document to see if you have the right sales order. Click on the delivery order and click on cancel. Now the delivery is cancelled. Now you can cancel the sales order as well.
