Hi! I have Openerp ver. 6.1.1 installed on DSM Synology, I want to have email cases opened automatically from email gateway that gets mail from email@example.com. When I configure it to "create a new record crm.lead" it gets mail but it sends to Sales dashboard. When i choose crm.helpdesk, it doesn't happen nothing. Can anyone help me?
