We are using the Helpdesk module, adding a partner and saving it.
With the "send message" at the bottom, I was expecting an email to be sent to the partner as well. But this does not seem to be happening and there is no error in the error log. I am sure by adding the partner they would be included, this does not seem to be happening. I can send messages from say leads etc, but not from the Helpdesk screen.
