For OpenERP v7 - I am using the crm leads and helpdesk modules.

I would like to encourage the users to use the chatter box feature to track emails to leads and helpdesk questions. The problem is, when they use the "Send Message" link at the bottom of a lead or helpdesk issue, the sender email address is that of the logged in user.

I have tried creating an email templates for the lead and helpdesk module with the reply-to set to an account that the OpenERP server is configured to check (for generating new leads and helpdesk requests), but even when clicking on the Send Message link, expanding the chatter window, selecting my template and sending, the reply-to address does not get set.

So the question: Is there a way to set the reply-to address on messages that generated from the "Send Message" chatterbox feature in crm_leads and crm_helpdesk?

Love to hear about this too...we don't really want customers contacting individual support team members.
