I can find
Balance sheet Profit and loss General Ledger Report
but no VAT report.
Do I have to install a different module?

VAT reports are located under Accounting -> Charts ->Chart of Taxes
You then have to select the period.
These periods are set under Accounting-> Financial Accounting -> Periods
However if your VAT quarters are not in sync with your financial year / periods. ie Fiscal Year starts in April but VAT Quarters are Dec-Feb Mar-May etc. then you will have to adjust the periods.
