Getting error while trying to install "oerp_no_phoning_home" on OpenERP v8

Hello ,

I am getting this error while installing "oerp_no_phoning_home" on OpenERP v8 in my Ubuntu Server. I changed the owership to "openerp"and the access permission to 775, but still getting the error. Can anyone help me?
