when I try to edit my own question, this error appears after pressing Save button.
That may happen some times. Try it later.
His issue is his karma, he doesn't have a high enough karma to edit questions. Kind of a bad 'warning' to users though, since they don't have enough karma but get a silly 403..
1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.
2. The operator answers within a few minutes.
I have tried all day but I cannot edit my posts yet.
I did it already for you :-) Then you seem not to have enough karma, I don't remember the necessary levels.
