I have a client in Thailand who has a bubble tea based franchise business. He has about 11 franchisees currently. I have created different companies for each franchise in my database. My question is how can I link these companies into a complete whole, and in future, I would like to add more franchises as companies and link with the company. The franchise will be the company's customer for purchasing raw materials and pay 4% of gross revenue to the company as royalty fees. How can I do this linking of franchises as customers of the company?

Hello Tejas,
when you create new company ,it will automatically get linked as a customer.
Example:
1.go to setting->company->company->create a new company
2.go to sale->customer->open company record
3.click on sale & purchase tab->now you can see customer boolean button is active
4. go to sale->sale->quotation->create new quote->select customer-> now your company name is visible in drop down list from where you can select them as customers for sale order.
