we have been having a major issue, every week we miss 3 to 4 emails that dont convert into ticket in odoo helpdesk. user sends email to service@domain.com that gets forwarded to a gmail account as well. we can see email come into domain mail as well forwarded to gmail as well. but odoo is not capturing it and due to this its not converting into ticket.
can someone help on how we can monitor emails that are not being fetched and is there a way to run another cron to fetch these missed emails.
