Can anyone say how a graph view whether it is Line, Bar or Pie chart can be exported into png or pdf format?

Weird answer. First you say it's impossible, and then you say it can be done through screen shots :) That's an interesting idea for a new module, actually. You could take a screenshot with Selenium WebDriver, and process it the way you want (crop etc).
No that can't be possible, only you can capture through screen shots.
