I have installed the module hr_expenses in openerp 7 but when I confirm the expense it doesn't send an email to the manager. How I can fix that please ?

What make you sure that there should be an email notification at the confirm stage, pls provide me with a link that state that, as I checked the code and didn't find email sending when expense is confirmed
