I work for a company who establishes a different pricing for every costumer.
As our sellers can't access to price lists configuration, we are trying to find a system, integrated to the customer's form view, with the posibillity for sellers to directly add 5% on a category, 10% on another, etc... (right now we are able to give X% on everything, but nothing more).
Is there a possibility developped by the community to avoid using the Price list system ?

Imho, the best way to proceed with your issue is to adjust the rights to the pricelist system. I you want to restrict access to the pricelists for certain sales persons, for example, that they can only see the prices for their own customer portfolio, you should look at the security record rules.
The current pricelist system does support giving discounts based on categories. If you use a discount "based on another pricelist", is is possible to give 10% extra on category X and 15% on category Y. That should provide everything you need.

You can try this module we did for a client. Allow to define product prices to different customers, if one is not defined, take the price according to the price list:
