Error with local translation es_MX ...

Hello! I have an instance of openerp 7 with ubuntu server everything works fine but after create a DB and choose an es_MX as default language...i got this error on log file

openerp.addons.base.res.res_lang: Unable to get information for locale es_MX. Information. from the default locale (en_US) have been used

and after that, when i try to set the parametres of the company with a latin character

i got this
