Error in module employee_status

I get this error i'm trying to confirm the employee

Do you use the standard modules or anything special? This error does not help much.

You should at least try to explain what you were doing and what you did when encountering this error.

I install employee_status module and i missed to set Contract Starting Values that why i get this error. it ok for now. Thanks Ludo
