Hi, I am a chartered accountant from an audit firm. I have been assigned to a new client and ERP has been implemented there. It is an old oracle based ERP system. The inventory, Accounts and Procurement modules have been implemented. I have been assigned the task to assess the implemented ERP. now honestly I am new to this thing. I need help as what parameters and what bench marks in general do I have to assess the ERP against?? Help me out guys.....
