I 'm new here so I apologize if i have missed something. I've set up one odoo 11 server on windows and another odoo12 on ubuntu server 18.04. I m trying to set up the pos module so i set up also a posbox and connected my thermal there. I ve created some products in different languages, english, greek, russian. Whenever i place an order the kitchen receipt prints only the latin characters.no Cyrillic or Greek.

Now, i m not sure about the greek characters but i read that Cyrillic is supported. The installation is pretty much forward. Am i missing something?
