Why OpenERP uses organization-wide unique appointments, so subdivision A can't have appointment 'Worker' if subdivision B have it? IMHO same appointments with different names for different subdivisions aren't clean solution.
Also, why employee can have only one appointment? There are situations when employee has off-hour job with different appointment. And I can't imagine how to handle such cases.
