Email sent to support email address in incoming server mail and cc as user mail id, support ticket is not creating...
After fetching the incoming server mail the support ticket is creating when we send mail To as support emailid, but it is not creating when we add CC as users emailid to that mail
For some particular users support ticket is creating and for some not,
Can you please tell me where the actual problem occurs in your sense..
