Yes, there are many. The first way that comes to my mind is with CSV files exported from OpenERP. A different way would be to pull the data from OpenERP with Python scripts using xml-rpc. If your e-mail marketing tools support updates with web-services, that would be another way to go. Or updating your e-mail marketing tools with database commands. You have many ways to address your problem
