Email Issues (Solved)

Hey all first post so if it should be put somewhere else please let me know. I have the latest copy of v8. Everything is set up and running except when i add a user to portal odoo doesnt show an error but my mail server logs are showing that it's trying to connect as bounce_(number here)@andrews-enterprise.co.uk becuase of this the email server is having to reject it. It's weird as i have an outgoing smtp server created but it's not trying to send as that user. Can anyone help or explain if ive missed something. Thanks in advanced.
