I have some email templates configured but they're not working as intended.
In the "Reply To" field I have "object.company_id.email", which is the sub-company a client is associated to, and if I look up the preview it shows up the sub-company email in the "Reply To" field. But when the email gets sent, and a client answers directly on it, the email goes straight to the main company, not the sub-company.

Any idea of what might be causing this?
