I have an error while trying to set Remaining Legal Leaves ( HR Settings ) to a smallest number. i get the following error

The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following: - deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it - creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set

there is a mandatory field with reference date is not set.
just set the value of that field.
