eBay Connector Item Condition

Hello all, 

I am trying to use the eBay Connector for Odoo 9 but I am having some difficulties. When I go to "list item" it pops up with the error "missing : Item Condition" however on the ebay sale tab this section is greyed out and I am unable to edit or add anything into this field.

Does anyone know how to input/trigger the Item condition section? Or whether there is a general guide for this module? 

Did you ever find a solution for this? I also have this same problem in Odoo v10 Enterprise (self-hosted). I have followed Odoo's documentation for configuring the eBay connector, but still this problem exists. Item Condition, Category, and Store Category fields remain blank even after attempting to sync them. Oddly enough, I did find the solution to the blank Payment, Return, and Shipping Policy fields. It is necessary to Opt-In to these policies in your eBay config (on eBays website).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
