Below is what i need to do

(Condition A and Condition B) or Condition C

(partner_id = partner_id and user_ids = context.get(uid)) or userid = 1

The possible domain filters i've tried are

Nothing works out and the error i get is below

Additional Notes I could not find a single domain filter with & operator in openerp source.

Am i missing something? Kindly suggest. Thanks for your time.

Try using '&' instead of '&'

E.g. this is used @ crm module (https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8.0/addons/crm/crm_lead_view.xml#L98)

Thanks to give the same answer I gave before you !

It looks like you're using the domain in an XML file, not in Python code. Probably context.get('uid') doesn't work there. Try using just uid instead.

I am sorry Daniel that's not the prob. context.get('uid') works perfectly in xml and uid won't work instead. Kindly clarify.

In XML usually user.id is used.

@Ivan, usually user.id is used only for defining a domain_force in access rule(ir.rule)
