Document printing error

Hi, I'm trying the portal site as if I were a customer, but attempting to print any invoice or document appears this error "sorry ,You are not authorized to access this document " (in italian)

which permits should I change and where I can do it ?

this is the exception: 

QWebException: (u'Spiacente, non sei autorizzato ad accedere a questo documento. Only users with the following access level are currently allowed to do that:\n- Human Resources/Employee\n\t- Other Extra Rights/Contact Creation\n\n(Document model: res.partner.bank)', None)

You just have to search for the report/model and provide the access rights to Portal users. 

To do that you must be in developer mode for v9 and have technical features enabled for v8.
