I installed odoo 12 with docker image, but there is no dms app in apps list. Does `Documents` app supplied with it, or it is paid app, that should be purchased first?

Hi,
By default in Odoo, the DMS comes up with the odoo enterprise edition. If you are using the community edition you can check this free module available in the odoo app store: MuK Documents
