Deploying custom Webmodules dependency conflicts

We have developed a custom web module which inherit parts of the original web module with the following manifest:

    'name': 'Web Module Modification',
    'category': 'Hidden',
    'description':"""Changes to Web module

1. Make Report-PDF-Filepattern working in openerp.addons.web.controllers.main.Reports class in index function =========================== """, 'version': '1.0', 'depends': ['web'], 'auto_install': True, 'css': [], 'web_preload': False, }

This works fine on our development Environment.

after deploy this on other environments an restarting the server with --update-all option it worked first. After we update the webmodule it doesent work anymore.

Is this a problem in dependency resolution or some other inheritens problem?
