We have the occasional delivery order, that we produce manually against a customers ticket and is not generated by a Sales Order.
We have noticed recently that product stock levels for these manuals delivery orders are not been reduced.
To test we returned a product from the manual delivery order, setup a sales order and re delivered on the delivery ordered created by the sales order. The stock level then reduced without any issues.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
