If you created a product called "Pickup/delivery type 1" (to allow for different services as a product type of service, make to order, produce, and had mrp_jit installed, then when you create a SO for the product you will get a task created. The task then becomes the tracking for that job. You can set up different states for your task to reflect the stages that the pick up & delivery go through.
