I've been fiddling with the Access Rights for Project/User and I'd like to set them back to default but I've lost track of the changes I made. Could anyone post the defaults?

Could anyone help me out here? It's Settings -> Groups -> Project/User -> Access Rights. Maybe a screenshot of that?
