I make a living on among other things the dumping of accounting data from manysources into OpenERP/Odoo.

Some of these isolated, particular, nonholistic old-style software suites seldom export accounting data with seldom journal items whose product of debit times credit is nonzero. These journal items cannot be dumped into vanilla OpenERP 7. I plan on fork those journal items.

However do you know any module for safely patching OpenERP/Odoo for allowing nonzero debit and credit in a same journal item?
