On Odoo 10 Dashboards, how to resize Dashboard elements? 
The appearance is intolerable, and obviously the resizing should be click-and-drag but they are not. 
Selecting a different layout is not a solution.
Also, the reports that are "saved to dashboard" go only to the main dashboard, not the dashboard for sales, for example.

How do you save the format of the "favorites" -- for example open it as a pie chart every time, instead of having to click chart and then pie chart every time.
