We provide voip and data services to customers and need to keep track of the information related to the one or many services.
- If its a voice service, then we will have to store the login information, etc.
- If its a data service, then we would have to store the speed, IP address, contract duration
- There are also several other types of services each with their own properties
I have the CRM and product modules installed but the product module seems to only be for a one-off sale of a physical item. Can anyone recommend a way to store a customer's ongoing services.
