is it possibly to set up an automated email when a new ticket is created?
i tried it with the module "Automated Actions" if i do that i get 200 new mails (i have about 200 tickets in the crm.helpdesk module).
But i want only a Mail when someone create a new Ticket :D
Someone can help me?
Yes I had the same issue, but when I did is to add a custom bolean field, which said "sent". What happens is the automated action would send the email and then mark th bolean as true. The emails then would not be sent again, as the criteria was "sent" is not true.
Not the best, but it works.
