CRM APP - Pipeline - Opportunity - How do I edit an Internal Note or Attachment?

I would like to know how you can edit or delete an "Internal Note" or "Attachment" within the "Pipeline" opportunity in the CRM App,

You can delete attachment from top attachment menu. For internal note you can delete only if you authorized person(i mean admin) and have setting menu access. (Go to Setting > Technical > Email > Messages find out your message and delete it.)

Note. Need to activate debug mode.
