I would be very interested to know where is generated the name of the PDF file in this email. In this example, we have « DE000013_.pdf ».
Where is the python code who generated this filename?

This look like standard report, sent by email..
If that is the case, name is generated while "printing" / generating pdf file...
You should look in your report definition,
Or if you just want the name changed, then go to
Settings > Technical > Actions > Reports (on v7)
or
Settings > Technical > Reports > Reports,
Find and edit name of generated file
