Helo, I have a serious problem with my Open ERP server on my Synology NAS. After trying installing new modules, without any succes, suddenly it doesn´t work. I have no idea where to go in order to start again the server. In the package server in Synology DSM sistem sais that the OpenERP package is running. Here is the last log :

Where should I go to start the service again? I am looking the google but no help at all. I ask for your help because I have a lot of data loaded in the sistem. Thank you, Nucu.

Hy, first the messages are web client messages and nothing special could help the community for giving you some help (INFO are not bug ). You need to go deeper in your logs and give us the logs when you restart the openerp server for example. Then did you try to start from a new database? Does it works?

Hi, I have the server.log file, but I don´t know what exactly should I look for. Is there a way to upload it? Or if you can tell exactly what words should I look for, I look for it. I didn´t start from a new database, because it simply doesn´t start.

On Synology you must install Python by a individual pack....

It is already installed, ant it says that is normally functioning. The same with the Open ERP server, but in the browser doesn´t appear the login page. Any idea where shoud I look? It´s a little frustrating that after so many time and energy spent on it, have to throw away everything.

Hello, again: I am answering to this post because I don´t know if the comments are notified, I myself didn´t receive any notification when Marc Wagener commented, although I´ve checked the email notification The problem is still there, I have no idea what should I do, or where should I ask for help, I don´t know if wait more time for help or simply try to reinstall all from the beginning

I don´t know if this serve but I noticed that the favicon is active, that means that the server works?

Helo, I solved the problem, finaly I have to reinstall the program, since no solution were seem to appear. I propose a button like "I don´t know" or "I can´t help" or something like this, because is very frustrating wait for an answer without knowing if someone will answer or no, and when you reach a number of "I don´t know"-s answers then it´s much simple to decide what to do. Thank you.
