Connection test failed! Error while configuring outgoing mail server.

I get the below error when testing outgoing mail server connection.

Connection test failed!
Here is what we got instead:

I've given the uname as vivek@boscosofttech.com and the password of it

But when i give the details as uname vivekjustthink@gmail.com and the password of it the test connections succeeds.

Am i missing any configuration on my comp mail server? can anyone help me on this issue please?

I believe that it is obligatory to use a legitimate GMail account in order to use their SMTP service. If you don't want to use vivekjustthink@gmail.com, I'd suggest you create a new account such as smtp.boscosofttech@gmail.com. You can then go to the settings menu (the geery-wheelie thing in the top-right) and choose Forwarding and POP/IMAP. You can then configure it to forward all email to vivek@boscosofttech.com.
