I'd like to set up the following environment.

A service company providing pre-negotiated services at a fixed price.

Each service has a time limit and limited amount of employees to carry out each service.

It looks like this:

SERVICE TO ONE APARTMENT UNIT

Work order as pdf is received from customer via email for each apartment.

FIRST STAGE AT ONE PRICE and SOR code Client work order come via email We enter data into OpenERP OpenERP issues 24 hour notice for 36 hour ahead First stage is scheduled that in order: Sniffer Dogs, Preparation, steam treat, chemical treat, laundry gather A ten day hold is imposed on that unit. During that ten day hold laundry is heat treated then delivered to a washing facility 36 hours before the end of the ten day hold

SECOND STAGE AT ONE PRICE and SOR code Sniffer dogs are scheduled to a sub-contractor, second chemical treat is scheduled, laundry is returned.

Process is now complete and can be billed with the following information:

Work order number from customer Apartment number Price for Stage one and Stage two. along with related SOR codes.

One bill for each apartment.

To complicate matters even more. We need to be able to schedule in other service for different apartments during the ten day waiting period.

The service can't be billed out until the final stage is complete.

Is this achievable and does anyone have a suggestion on how to go about this?
