I am in the search for a cloud service that will work perfectly with Ubuntu and with it I will be using OpenERP. At the moment I am between using Rackspace or Amazon but still have not taken a decision yet. Can anybody with experience on them tell me the differences I will start to see for a company that has around ~100 users connected to it. Also which one works best in terms of deployment, better compatibility with Ubuntu (Juju) and OpenERP and any other tips that can help me take a decision. Thank you.

Hola Luis, ¿Que tal?
I have written a blog about this, with instructional videos : Handbook for the DevOps for OpenERP Video Playlist
The first in the series is Step #01 : Prepare Cloud Virtual Machine in iwStack.com
