Hello, is anyone aware of any CLAIMS functional documentation? Presentation? Simple tutorial? We do not need RMA, just being able to track issues automatically linking them to the sales orders and being able to assign to a different user.
The partner we work with asked Odoo but we were informed there is NO DOCUMENTATION. (We are running Version 8)
