There are two ways to change text colors.

1) Directly for each record :

E.g. : As in above answer.

2) You can give style in all table. it will apply for all the rows in table.

E.g :
  Note : I have defined the style for table for 5 columns .I can use this style in any table of rml report.
  <blockTableStyle id="Table_Header_Tile">
  <blockAlignment value="LEFT"/>
  <blockValign value="TOP"/>
  <lineStyle kind="LINEBELOW" colorName="#000000" start="0,-1" stop="0,-1"/>
  <lineStyle kind="LINEBELOW" colorName="#000000" start="1,-1" stop="1,-1"/>
  <lineStyle kind="LINEBELOW" colorName="#000000" start="2,-1" stop="2,-1"/>
  <lineStyle kind="LINEBELOW" colorName="#000000" start="3,-1" stop="3,-1"/>
  <lineStyle kind="LINEBELOW" colorName="#000000" start="4,-1" stop="4,-1"/>
  <lineStyle kind="LINEBELOW" colorName="#000000" start="5,-1" stop="5,-1"/>

Note : The below is the table in which I have used the defined style . You defined specific color for each columns based on your req. You can define it in style.

<blockTable colWidths="57.0,192.0,71.0,71.0,71.0,71.0" style="Table_Header_Tile">
      <para style="terp_tblheader_Details">Code</para>
      <para style="terp_tblheader_Details">Account Name</para>
      <para style="terp_tblheader_Details_Right">Debit</para>
      <para style="terp_tblheader_Details_Right">Credit</para>
      <para style="terp_tblheader_Details_Right">Balance</para>
      <para style="terp_tblheader_Details_Right">Quantity</para>
