cant create customer in multi company system

cant create custmer in multi company system for new created user in new company

it shows the  error 'Unable to send email, please configure the sender's email address or alias.'

is your sending server mail configured?

Add an email address for the User creating the Customer.

if am using 'demo user ' its working , but newly created user not working with same properties like 'demo user'

Examine the differences between the demo user and the newly created user - what is different is causing the problem.

i set the mail configuration and customer mail id
