Cannot install Odoo-Apps - no permission

I cannot install "odoo Apps", nor can i access already installed ones, even not with user "admin". Odoo keeps telling me:

Odoo Warning - Access Error

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this document. Only users with the following access level are currently allowed to do that:- Apps/Manager - Apps/Manager - Apps/User(Document model: loempia.module.purchase)

Does anyone have a recommendation?

You could always download it by going to https://www.odoo.com/apps and searching the app module for your version

I went to Settings--> Modules-> Odoo Apps -> then i searched for a certain app and clicked on the title/name of this app. Then this message appeared.

I don`t know why - but suddenly this error dissapeared and i cannot reproduce it now anymore, now it`s working, as it should be.

Which version of Odoo are you using ? Could you please provide an example of an app that gives you this issue ?

Kindly request you to please give a detailed picture of scenario where you are facing the issue as mentioned by you in the question so that I can expedite the same.

Without any explanation of what you were trying to do or on which menus and buttons you clicked, there is no way we can help you.

Please provide step by step instructions on what to do in order to trigger this issue.
