Can we only create payslip based on timesheet or any other ways?
Without timesheet, can we create payslip?
I just add contract and leave module then create payslip, is this the correct way to create payslip?

Here is a usefull link to understand the payrolls in Odoo.

So to work with sheet, you have to install hr_timesheet and hr_timesheet_sheet if not you dont want to work with daily payroll you can use normally hr_payroll:

Employee Contracts
Passport based Contract
Allowances/Deductions
Allow to configure Basic/Gross/Net Salary
Employee Payslip
Monthly Payroll Register
Integrated with Holiday Management
Try them by your self
it is possible to create payslip without time sheet also. Goto Human Resource -> payroll -> Employee payslip -> Select employee and compute payslip.
