before a module installation  it is possible to create a user, but when you install any module in odoo 8.0 it is impossible to create a new user

1 install a module
2 go to settings/Users/Users
3 and try to create a user
4 you will have this message " Alias Accepts Emails From" and you can't save the user that you are creating.

That is happening to me in others odoo instalation ver 8.0

any idea?

ubuntu 14.04

odoo 8.0

It's a bug in rc1 (see details on issue #1606) a simple yet efficient workaround is to create a user defined default value using:

Technical > Actions > User-defined Defaults
